Fees are set in accordance with guidelines from the Ontario Psychological Association, and clinicians in the area. At present, psychological services are not covered by OHIP, but many extended health insurance plans will reimburse clients for all or a portion of fees paid to a registered psychology service provider. Please check with your benefits provider to learn more about your coverage and reimbursement requirements. Any non-reimbursed fees may be claimed as medical expenses on your taxes.

Payments are made at the end of each session by cash, cheque, or credit card. E-transfer is also available. Detailed receipts will be provided, and should be retained for insurance and tax purposes, as needed.

Psychoeducational Assessment

Fees range in cost for gifted assessment to more thorough psychoeducational assessment, and are dependent on the nature of the referral question and the learning needs of the client. Counselling

Cancellation Policy

The hourly rate will be charged for cancellations made without 24-hour notice, or for missed appointments.
